Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:
- Handles Sales management and Marketing matters in the company.
- Supervises activities related to Sales & Promotion of products.
- Provide technical or management advice based on expertise & experiences
- Seek new potential market or customers throughout Indonesia.
- Make acceptable Business Plan or Strategies and business expansion success on behalf of company.
- Increase Sales & Profit of the company regarding the business.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree - Engineering (Civil/Industrial/Real Estate/Architectural) or any field if working experience is in Construction/Building/Property for over 10 years.
* Required language(s): English
* At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position - importantly in Sales/Marketing and/or Business Development.
* Preferably already Manager position or Specialist in Marketing/Sales/Business Development or equivalent.
* Possess Proven Leadership skills and negotiation ability.
* Good English and Communication skills.
* Analytical and target oriented person.
* Full-Time positions available.
